REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 15 March 2026

All microgreens sold by RJ Royale Farms Private Limited are fresh agricultural products grown specifically for customer orders. Due to the perishable nature of the products, the following refund and cancellation rules apply.

1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• If the customer fails to collect the order from the store.
• If the customer cancels the order after preparation has begun.
• If the customer changes their mind after placing the order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The company is unable to provide the product due to technical issues.
• The company is unable to fulfill the order due to operational issues or company holiday.
• The product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
